Creating A Sacred Space

The message of self care and self love has been coming to me frequently in messages I receive for myself, for clients, and the collective. As we grow and ascend during our lifetime, having a self care and self love routine is key. It is so easy for us to forget about ourselves as we go out our day with work and helping others. Especially if you are the type of the person who is naturally attracting those in need of help.

I have always been am magnet for those in need. That is why every job that I have had has been in the customer service industry and my life purpose mission work is connected to helping others. As I have awakened, I have learned the most important lesson of putting myself first. I am no good to anyone if I can’t take care of myself. I learned to listen to my body and to take a timeout if guided to.

Last night I had a list of collective posts & videos to do but after my self love bath I was exhausted. I decided to put them off a day and went to bed. I had the most vivid dreams that were all over the place. These dreams helped me heal and clear things from the past. Today I woke up feeling a little tired but that is because I had a big clearing last night in my sleep. I will begin my to-do list today and tackle each task one at a time. I am sharing this with you to show how I aligned I am with my body and how I put myself first.

A big part of my self care-self love routine is my sacred space that I have for my work space and personal space. My work space is setup based on what I need surrounded around me when I write and record for personal & collective guidance readings and when I have live one on one guidance sessions or live readings on my social media. I keep crystals, orgonites, divination tools and anything that calls out to me that wants to be in this space. I change it up as I am guided to. I do that to keep refresh the energy and keep it clean.

My personal space is my nightstand and bed. I keep crystals, oils, and my journal by my bed. I do keep a few card decks on my nightstand that I use for my own personal card pulls as I reflect back on the day. I play meditation music as I journal and sleep to help with what I need to release and allow downloads to come in.

If you feel guided to create a sacred space for your work and/or personal use, there is no right or wrong way to do it. You should always create it to your own personal vibe. Whatever speaks to you is what needs to be there to make you feel grounded, centered, stable, creative, motivated, determined, dedicated, and/or peaceful.
