Emotions

Emotions are raw. They can be overwhelming at times but they are real. They are real because they are yours. Emotions must be felt because they will come up to the surface to show you what needs your attention.

Sometimes you think you are completely over someone or something and BOOM you get triggered. It hits you out of the blue. When this happens you are being shown that there are either feelings buried beneath the surface that you did not know were still there or there is remnants of the energy still lingering around a person or a situation .

When emotions come up to the surface, the best thing for you to do is honor what you are feeling. No matter how intense they are or if you are confused as to where they are coming from. The answers as to why and what needs to be done will come.

Grounding and centering yourself will help you get into a calm place to go within to determine where/what/how they are coming from. Meditation or journaling what you are feeling can help too. Do whatever you feel comfortable will get you connected to your higher self. Connecting with your higher self will help you identify where they stem from. Depending upon the severity of where they stem from, you may be able to clear/release/heal this on your own or you may feel guided to get help from a trusted person/source. Please use your own discernment to determine what is best for your highest and greatest good.

Emotions help you stay open in your heart space. You want to keep the heart space open and the heart chakra open/balanced so you allow love in and allow love out. Being closed to opening the heart and emotions can cause a guarded energy as well as being emotionally unavailable to love relationships etc. Being vulnerable and in a state of allowing will help you keep the even flow of unconditional love going in and out of you.

Always honor what you feel. Take care of yourself and your heart. Never let anyone make you feel that your emotions are not valid. Honor them and yourself always.
